Salary Certificate in Oracle HRMS

Hi All,
We have a requirement to provide the option to HR team to generate salary certificate letter. It is based on pre-defined template and includes key details like employee name, employee number, salary amount, and key assignment details like designation, grade etc.

We are evaluating different options to achieve the same. We have come across the WebADI / reports 10g etc as the available options.

If anyone has done this before or has any ideas on the solution for the same , please share the same.
