Oracle Customers Online as an alternative to customer standard form

 Hi
I have been reading up and implementing OCO. The main purpose behind OCO is to give users an alternative to the forms interface in Receivables to create and find customers.

Can OCO be used for this purpose or would it be better off developing customized SSW customer creation page.
