 Physical  standby's v$recover_file shows 38 records although redo transport & apply are devoid of issues.

This is not consistent with other dataguard setup.

Issue is present in 9.2.0.x and 10.2.0.x

Any clue as why it shows no rows for some dataguard setup while all the files are listeted online for someother setup
