Steps for applying patch for oracle db 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4

Hi Everyone,

Is there any one worked on applying patch for upgrading from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.04 oracle version. if yes i am requesting you to pls 

help me with the steps that needs to be followed and also do i need to confirm is there any prerqusite cpu patch before applying it these versions pls help on this
