VM's on External storage in Oracle VM 2.1.2

I have 2 OVS servers in a pool which are being managed by another OVM server. [ ORACLE VM 2.1.2 ] We are using SUN Storage 7410 in our environment.
Need some help with regards to mounting shared storage using NFS..
the Storage Area will be available to me as a NFS share..
I have set-up OVS servers using SAN (OCFS2 using SAN) and it works fine..
What I want to check is if i can move the repository on the NFS share so that my VM's will be residing on the Storage and not on the OVS server..
Is there any document published for this kind of setup..
