Assigning Insurance Policy and Price Index to Large Volume of Assets

We are starting to use the Insurance functionality to create replacement cost values but need to assign a policy and index to all over our thousands of assets.  Is there an easy way to do this besides a complex dataloader?  Perhaps and ADI of some sort?
