SR/Task was not visible on the laptop after sync..
SR/Task created in Application was not downloaded on the laptop after sync...Checked the data in App for the SR/Task and everything looked fine but for reason still was not showing on the laptop....Also Checked the tables below and the data was populated for SR/Task in the below tables
CSL_CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_ACC
CSL_JTF_TASKS_ACC
CSL_JTF_TASK_ASS_ACCEnable the profile options of FND and JTM but log messages does not give information why the task is not downloaded....
The only way I was able to download the SR/Task was after the fresh install of WEBTOGO...The question I have is how to know what was the problem? Are there are any tables which gives enough information on why it was not downloaded..
