Applying PSU on 10R2

 After I've applied the PSU (10.2.0.4.1) on a 10GR2 10.2.0.4 database running on 64-bit RHEL, the dbms_metadata became invalid. When I re-compiled the package, it says the package is wrapped or malformed. What's the effect if I run the catproc.sql to correct the problem? I'm a bit worried about running the catproc.sql again coz this might undo the changes done by the PSU.
