Question on running Advanced Relationship Search for Items which will show all Attachments Names

My company needs to audit our PLM system and be able to run a search that will show all Items in our system that has attachments along with the corresponding attachments name.

When I do an advanced search I can see the Items that have attachments shown by the "paper clip" icon, but not all of these show the attachment name. The only thing I can find that is different from an Item with an attachment that shows the attachment name vs the ones that don't is that the search is hitting the Rev the attachment was actually added to... if that makes sense.
