Some ship confirms don't update stock in OPM

After ship confirm some delivery details lines goes to Closed status but don't update stock of the picked lots in OPM. INV_INTERFACED_FLAG field of WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS table remains with 'P'. Also, we note that in most cases the delivery has a Cancelled line and a Backordered line.

Can somebody tell me why Oracle has this behaviour?

PS: when we update B by D in released_status field and run Interface trip stop, the problem is solved.
