Order Line Pricing

I have a B1 price List where I have defined the prices for an Item for August and September.

Aug price $0.53689 and Sep Price of $0.49035

I copy the Order from an existing Order with a pricing option set to original price $0.53689 and price list of Corporate Price List

Then I changed the price to calculate price, the price list to B1 Price List  and re-priced the line

Instead of seeing the Sept price $0.49035 I saw a price of $1.02724 for the Unit Price

It almost seems like it adjusted the price by the Sept Price. Is this how Oracle normally  works?
