Grid Control SUBMIT botton not working

 Hi,
I have installed Grid Control 10.2.0.3 on Oracle Enterprise Linux. The installation process was smooth. I am able to launch Grid Control, register databases without any problem. There are no jobs in Jobs tab.
I created first job which is RMAN script job for Backing up one database with LEVEL 0. The job got created in Job Library. Its a scheduled job. But when I click on SUBMIT button to schedule it, the browser keeps moving and nothing happens for long time.

I need somebody's help here. Why is this problem and what  logs can I check.
