Receiving transaction stucked in 'PENDING'

In a transfer transaction, the items from storeA was already received in storeB. However, upon reviewing the receiving transaction summary, the transaction status is still 'PENDING'
This problem is a major one because we could not close the inventory accounting books due to the pending status.
