Cannot access Metalink3 tickets

  We are not able to access our metalink3 tickets that were open before Metalink3 was converted to My Oracle Support. We has some Service requests open before the migration and we are receiving update notices but have not way of viewing the updates.

Please help we really need to see the updates on these SRs.
