Cannot Search Service Requests by Item in Find Service Request Form

 Hello,

I want to search Service Requests based on an Item but iam getting the below error

"Pleas enter at least one Search Criteria"

Here is what Iam doing

1) Open Find Service Requests Form

2) Populate the Item field field (Description is populated based on Item).

3) There is no other field on the form is populated using any profile option

4) Click on the Search Button and it gives the below error

"Pleas enter at least one Search Criteria"

I believe the service requests can also be searched by Item from Find Service Request Forms...Can you please let me know if Iam missing anything Or should be there be any setups that need to be done to avail this functionality
