Is it possible to enter modifier value according to order secondary UOM?

I have the problem with using the manual modifiers for secondary UOM. Maybe someone could help me.
The item setup is like this:
- Primary UOM: kg (kilograms)
- Tracking: Primary & Secondary
- Pricing: Secondary UOM
- Secondary UOM: m (meters)
