XMD DB

 Hello,

per a government security STIG, I deinstalled XML DB, since it was deemed not required for our Database.  I deinstalled it via the catnoqm script.  However, when trying to do an export, the export aborts due to a fatal error at the fetch_xml_clob procedure.  I assume it's because the XDB user no longer exists, and this program is referencing something under that ownership.  should this procedure be removed? (along with all other procedures referencing xml?)
