Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Current Location/Site Address not populated in IB

Hello,

The installbase current location / site address is not populated after the party merge process...Here is what the issue

1) Install base Instance/Item created with Current Location / Site address populated

2) Current Location / Site address is a mandatory field when the Instance/IB record is created

3) When we do a party merge for some reason the Current Location/Site Address which was populated before shows

as null in the Install base....User cannot manually update the current location/site address to null since it is a mandatory fiel

Can you please let me know why the party merge process unpopulates the site addess in install base....We have done many party merges
