Database Backup and Recovery (MOSC)

RMAN is taking too much time to complete the backup

 Hi All,
We have tow node RAC.Our backup strategy is weekly full backup and daily archive backup.  We are taking the backup through RMAN, full backup is completed within 20 minutes. Archive backup is taking around 4hrs. Database size is 65G.

Pls any one can suggest.
