Apache server is not running

Hi,

  I am facing an issue with Apache server in out instace.

Whie bringing-up, I am getting the following error.

adapcctl.sh start

adapcctl.sh version 115.54

Apache Web Server Listener :httpd ( pid 422024 ) is running.
Can not start Apache Web Server now

Apache Web Server Listener (PLSQL) is not running.
Starting Apache Web Server Listener (dedicated PLSQL) ...

adapcctl.sh: exiting with status 3

Can you please guide/suggest me in this issue.
