Changes in EU VAT starting from January 2010

Hi everyone,

There are some important changes which are going to happen in EU VAT wef 01 Jan 2010. Can anyone please let me know what is Oracle's preparedness on these changes? Is Oracle planning to release some patch or compliance mechanism for these changes.
