Canvas disappears

 I have a form that is called from a menu option.  The first canvas displays correctly.  However, the second canvas is behind a canvas from the menu.  When I call this form from another form, the canvases behave correctly.  It is only when called from a menu that the second canvas is hidden behind a menu canvas.  Can anyone help?
