How to forecast memory requirements?

Hi,
I am in the middle of estimating memory requirements for up next 2-3 years and need some inputs on how this can be achieved ?

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

Database Version: 10.1.0.5 (would be upgraded to 10.2.0.4 next year)
OS                     : HP-UX RISC
AWR                  : Not available.
