PO Purge Process in release 11.5.10.2

  We are on release 11.5.10.2 and have a requirement to Purge our old PO and inactive suppliers.

We did the PO purge process back on 2004 when we were on release 11.5.7 and at that time one of our challenges was that the Oracle PO Purge process only archive and purged the POs that had status of "Finally Close". Since none of our POs has this status we had to do this manully back then and then start the Oracle Purge process.

Here is my questions:

 1- Does Oracle PO in release 11.5.10.2 still looking

     for records to have "Finally Close" status?

 2- Is there a way that we can update the identified
