GL Approval at Document Total

 Dear Oracle Gurus,

Can you please help in handling the GL - JE Approval based on Document total (JV total).

Presently oracle JV approval , is validating the Net of JE line amount against the set limit for employee, rather validating the Document total.

Please find the response i got from oracle, when i raised an SR:

Hi Jithendra Kumar,

As this is the standard documented functionality there is nothing else support can
do about it.

Please review also the Note 444549.1:Journal Approval Ignores Approval Limits and the Journal Approval Hierarchy, which confirms the
same.
