Dates of Order Release

 I have following 2 queries: 

1. How the "Early Pickup Date", "Late Pickup Date", "Early Delivery Date" and "Late Delivery Date" of Order Release are working when doing the Bulk plan?

2. We set planning parameter "HOLD AS LATE AS POSSIBLE" = "TRUE".  We keep blank the "Early Pickup Date", "Late Pickup Date", "Early Delivery Date" and "Late Delivery Date" of Order Release and do the bulk plan. We found that End Date of last shipment = (Sysdate+1year). Is it the logic of OTM?
