RTC: insufficient compression: actual 7%, goal 10%

Hello,

in the alertlog file from an 11.1.0.6 database i detect  some messages like as "RTC: insufficient compression: actual 7%, goal 10%"

I'm not sure what exactly happens. What can we do for resolve this issues?
