hi,

During in export of my database with datapump, it takes too log befor finishing estaimating the size of my dumps.Iam using oracle 10.2.0.4 on  HP-UX machine. I tried using STATISTICS  estimation but it is taking the same time.On another server with the same paltform, the same database take 1/3 of the time to estimate the size of the dump. Minimizing the estiamtion periode will really make my export goes faster.
