How do I export SR details before the November 6-8 cutoff.

Per the Doc ID: 841061.1 Subject: Classic MetaLink and My Oracle Support Transition Information Page I can export my SRs using the reports tab then clicking on the Service Request Reports button. However, this doesn't export the details, only a management report.
Other then printing each one, or cutting and pasting, how do I export the SR details?


Also I need a clarification on the following statement:

"My Oracle Support provides improved service request data access. Eventually, two full years of SR data, plus the current fiscal year, will be available to customers. This is an improvement on the current limitation of only one year's worth of SR data that is displayed on Classic MetaLink. You will be able to export reports of historical Service Requests from the Reports tab in My Oracle Support (as you do today) after the migration."
