Is it possible to mass update the Charge Lines under tag CHARGES in SERVICE REQUEST.??

We have upgraded from 11.5.8 to 11.5.10.2.
I would like to know if there is such a function available, to mass update the Charge Lines under tag CHARGES in SERVICE REQUEST in Service Module or could it be done with Forms Personalization?!?!
