PN:Link between Fixed Assets and Property Manager

Can someone please tell me if there is any link ( interface ) that creates properties in Property manager after it is created in Fixed Assets ? I am not sure if this makes sense to have one? Property manager Gurus your thoughts on this would be very informative.
