OTC -- Can't drill down on customer addresses
We did our first pass at upgrade to R12. I am reviewing the OTC. I do a simple search for a customer. The search returns several addresses. I do not want to create a new one -- but rather review one of the addresses. The address name appears to be a link -- but when we click on the link -- an error appears.
"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."
Any clues why the links do not work?
Also, we cannot get the old form version of Customer Standard to open. It gives a FRM-40010: Cannot read form. Is this normal? |
