EM Grid Control Install/upgrade requirements

I currently have EM Grid Control installed (10.2.0.4) on an AIX64-5L system. I want to install EM Grid Control 10.2.0.5 on another AIX64-5L system and eventually close the  10.2.0.4 down. My question is: Must I install the base version (10.2.0.1) of EM Grid Control first and then upgrade to 10.2.0.5 or can I initially install 10.2.0.5. I think I have to install the base first then upgrade. Can I go directly from the base to 10.2.0.5 without upgrading any of the intermediate releases (10.2.0.2, 10.2.0.3, 10.2.0.4)? Once I have the release at 10.2.0.5, What database versions can be monitored with EM Grid Control at 10.2.0.5? All my databases
