Installing 10gR2 on Windows Vista 64 system

 I plan to install the 10gR2 onto a Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit laptop. I have downloaded, from otn, the base version (10.2.0.1) and the version I want to go to eventually (10.2.0.4). Can I install 10.2.0.4 without first installing 10.2.0.1? Does the 64 bit version of 10gR2 have EM Data Control?
