US PAY: Quarterly Wage Reporting

 We are a government agency in New York State that has implemented release 12 of the E-business suite this year .  Can anyone tell me what the procedure is to process the Quarterly Wage reports and file generation.  I'm assuming there are multiple processes that we have to run.  I also see that there may be a rollback process that can be done if the file has not been submitted.
