Blank page when "PATCHES and UPDATES" / "CERTIFY" / "COMMUNITY"

Hi All,

I wanted to check if others are also facing similar issue as me with MY ORACLE SUPPORT.

Issue :

No contents, but just a blank page when "PATCHES and UPDATES" / "CERTIFY" / "COMMUNITY"  tabs selected.
