Frm-41213 Unable to connect to server

 Hi, i have installed Oracle Forms and Reports Services and migrating my application from 6i to 10g.

When i call a report from a form with run_report_object i receive the frm-41213 Unable to connect to server error.

How can i start and connect to a report server? I think i have to install the service with a command in DOS like rwserver install service=server_name , but something is wrong, i couldn't install the service.

Can anyone help me?
