Salary Page Not Opening When Using Restricted Security Profile.

Hi I have the "Salary Page Not Opening When Using Restricted Security Profile" error inside my HR module which is similar to the one inside the R12 Bug 6705482 but I have an R11 EBS installation.

 

 

Does any one know if I can apply and R12 Patch on my R11 installation?

Can I install the R12 6705482 patch on my R11 installation?

Does exist any similar 6705482 patch for R11 EBS version?
