Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Upgrade to JDK1.6.0_15

 We are currently running JDK1.6.0_13 and recently the sys admin updated to JDK1.6.0_15 without telling me first.
I do know that there is a couple config files to update and a script to run that will re-compile everything but I can't find anything telling me what I need.

We are running iAS, Portal, eBusiness with iSupport.

Can someone point me to a white paper or install steps so I don't miss anything?
