Difference between patch and patchSet?

Sorry, but I'm almost new in Oracle database.

Could you please explain me what is the difference between Patch and PatchSet?

My question seems very simple but when I get deeper in the content of a patchset, I do not retrieve fixes that where fixed in patches. As an example, I'm looking for this fix :

5214373 -  TNS LISTENER (10GR2 WIN32) CRASHES DUE TO MEMORY FAULT IN MODULE ORANL10.DLL which was fixed in Oracle Database Server Version 10.2.0.2 Patch 6 and no way to find it in a patchSet (10.2.0.2 First PathSet). What should I install to fix this issue? How does it work?
