Grid Control "Failed Job Count" "Broken Job Count" does not clear... there are no jobs in dba_jobs

Hi, i've been looking all over for a way to fix this issue, and i've only found one doc on  My Oracle Support about it: 373650.1

This doc doesn't help me, because i have no jobs in the database.  When i "re-evaluate" the alert, it's still says there's 1 job.  Is there some way to clean this up?  i think there used to be a broken job in this database, but not longer.
