Database release 10.2.0.5 for IBM Power Series 64bit

 Has database version 10.2.0.5 been released by Oracle for the IBM Power Series 64bit server? I looked on otn and under patches and updates under My Oracle Support, but could not find this anywhere. If it has been released, please let me know where to look or provide me with the patchset number.
