11.10.2 How to create a Sales Contract from Quoting?

in Sales, Marketing, and Territories Apps - EBS (MOSC) Question
 We have HTML Quoting and sales contracts integration in 11.5.9 . We create a quote, select a Contract  Authoring Template , Configure the product , approve the quote and place it to Contract. A contract would be generated(in Slaes Contracts  Supe User)  with a number using Auto numbering facility in Sales Contracts.

With the upgrade to 11.5.10 all this is gone. Now we can not select an authoring select Contract Template(not Terms Template)., I can not push a quote to contract, and I can not use autonumbering concept at all. We have a huge contract management system in place and can not replace the system. Can anybody through some light how to make use the sale contracts from Quoting. Thanks,
