PAXCPGAL.rdf - Errors With Rep-1419: 'Beforereport': Pl/Sql Program Aborted

 Hi,

I try to run the PAXCPGAL.rdf in report builder and am getting following error: Rep-1419: 'Beforereport': Pl/Sql Program Aborted. I ran both 9i and 10g versions but issue is same.

Can any one please assist me how to solve this issue.
