managed lock through OEM

 Hi

when we go through the OEM we found that some session  has appear in BLOCK WAITING LIST.When again we go to User Type Locks we found that  multiple restricted Rowid has same.some times user ask for lock on the table.

Please suggest me that how to find which session has causes of lock and ow to clear the lock.
