The business goal is to count all A, B and C items by the end of this calendar year (31-JAN-2009).

Cycle Counting was only implemented in August of 2009, so in addition to the Scheduled Cycle Counts the business is manually counting locators in an attempt to ensure that all items will be counted by the end of this calendar year.

The business was thinking about creating a second Cycle Count (with the same subinventories as the current Cycle Count.)

The concern is that the same items that have already been counted on the current Cycle Count will start showing up on this new Cycle Count and these items will wind up being scheduled for cycle counting more than 2 times by the end of this calendar year.
