Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What the following messages mean in alert log files of standby?

RFS[10073]: File locked log 0 thread 1 sequence 221
tkcrrxms: Killing 1 processes (idle RFS by thread/sequence)
