Cannot View Task on the Laptop

 Hello,

I have created a task which does not appear on the laptop.....When I searched using Advance Search option on the laptop by giving the SR number It does show the SR on the left side of the tree along with the PRODUCT but I cannot see the task associated to this SR..

The record has been populated in csl_cs_incidents_all_acc table but I don't see any record in CSL_JTF_TASKS_ACC and

CSL_JTF_TASK_ASS_ACC ....Iam not sure why the record did not populate in these tables..I checked the task details and the type,status Etc everything looks fine...
