Memory utilization shows HIGH in enterprise manager

 Hi All,

i am at database lefel 10.2.0.4 and we have total of 6 GB memory on BOX. It is AIX 5.3.

sometime it shows memory utilization shows 99% as alert in eterprise manager. I have allocated 3GB to SGA and 1 GB to PGA. Please advise as to how to isolate the problem. Any suggestion?? Thanks in advance.
