How Do I Run Oracle Entirely in Memory

 HI Folks

I have been asked by the sysadmins, that have just given me more memory on my 64-bit windows server for a total of 14GB, if i can run oracle entirely in memory.  This is strictly a db server

Does anyone know how I can accomplish this or if i can ?
